Biography
From 1975 to 1978, Liu Yanwu studied erhu with Liu Changfu at the Inner Mongolia Art School. After graduation, he performed erhu with the Inner Mongolia National Opera Troupe.
He later worked as a professional screenwriter and served as a consultant to the Inner Mongolia Erhu Society. His professional affiliations included the Chinese Dramatists Association and the China Television Artists Association.
